Let's talk about
beautiful hands.
Reader questions, tutorial requests, brand collaborations, or a photo of the manicure you just finished — every message lands in a shared inbox the editorial team actually reads.
What can we help you with?
Quick answers
Do you reply to every message?+
Yes — every genuine message. If it's a reader question, an editor replies personally within five working days. If it's a partnership pitch, our partnerships editor replies within a week. If we don't reply, please check your spam folder before writing again.
Can I request a specific tutorial?+
Absolutely. Tutorial requests from readers shape a good chunk of our editorial calendar. Choose the 'Tutorial request' topic in the form, describe the look, and if you have a Pinterest link or reference photo please include it.
Do you accept sponsored content?+
We work with a small number of nail brands each year, always on a transparent, disclosed basis. Sponsored articles are clearly labelled at the top. We never accept editorial control from partners — the words remain ours.
Can I republish one of your tutorials?+
Republishing our full articles is not permitted, but we welcome short excerpts with a clear link back. For syndication or licensing enquiries, write to partners@nailora.com with details.
I found a mistake in a tutorial — what should I do?+
Please tell us! Choose the 'Correction / error' topic (or email corrections@nailora.com directly) with the article link and the mistake. We publish corrections with a dated note at the bottom of the affected article.
Can I send you a photo of my finished manicure?+
Please do — it makes our week. Tag us on Instagram at @nailora.studio or attach the photo to a reader message. With your permission we sometimes feature reader manicures in our newsletter.
